To facilitate the best delivery of the Net Generation Community Curriculum, a two-hour coach’s workshop has been developed for red and orange/green stages of a tennis program. The workshop is perfect for instructors, coaches, volunteers, prior to using the Net Generation Community practice-and-play plans. 

Listed below are a few of the workshop and overall Community programming resources.

  • Practice-and-play plans for red, orange, and green stages

  • Workshop participant registration form

  • Net Generation Mobile App providing access to digital curriculum and a platform to connect with players; reward them with badges and more

  • Equipment assistance for Community providers who register their programs

Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Physical Education: Including All Students

Join with fellow colleagues for a half-day training designed to increase your knowledge and understanding of UDL presented from the perspective of physical education.  Dr. Michelle Grenier will take participants through the three UDL networks (The WHY of Learning; The WHAT of Learning; The HOW of Learning) and provide insights for applying the UDL framework to physical education. Significant time will be devoted to working in groups to delve more deeply into how UDL is embedded in lesson planning and pedagogy. Upon completion of the workshop, attendees will receive a 3 hour Professional Development Certificate.

Friday, October 19th from 8:15 AM – 11:30 AM (morning refreshments provided)
