A. Healthy Schools Pilot Program
The Department of Education, in partnership with the Department of Health and Human Services and other organizations, is seeking up to five public elementary schools to participate in a pilot program to improve the school environment. The program will provide technical assistance and small grants to be used to purchase supplies and supplies and materials. Brochures have been mailed to all elementary schools and SAUs. Applications are due September 14, 2007.
